Comprehensive Operational Excellence Program

Your hotel runs well.
But can it grow without losing what makes it special?

We build the operating system your hotel needs to grow — without compromising what makes it unique.

Gradual, measurable and with no all-or-nothing commitment: we work on the critical macro-processes one after another, with concrete deliverables at every phase before moving on.

The challenge

Five symptoms of an operation that has reached its limit.

The challenge facing the best hotels isn’t talent. It’s the system.

01

Knowledge held by people

Processes live in the team’s memory. When someone key is absent, operational gaps open that are hard to cover.

02

Informal coordination

Radios, calls and unwritten habits. Without protocols, friction between areas grows along with the operation.

03

Incomplete standardization

Execution varies between shifts, people and seasons. Guests notice the inconsistency.

04

Variable experience

The same hotel can get “excellent” and “never again” in the same week. That isn’t a product problem: it’s process variability.

05

Scalability at risk

Scaling an informal operation multiplies the chaos. Every new season amplifies the existing problems.

→

The score gap

When the rate is where it should be and the guest score isn’t, the distance between what is charged and what is scored is the exact size of the opportunity.

Where the experience is decided

Five critical macro-processes, one at a time.

We don’t intervene across the whole hotel at once. We first put in order the processes that weigh most on guest perception and on the cost of error.

01

Guest experience

Front desk and reservations: arrival and departure, peak handling, room assignment, on-site complaint protocol and coordination with housekeeping.

Arrival · stay · departure

02

Rooms

Room standard, cleaning sequence, timings by unit type, sampled quality control and amenity replenishment.

Housekeeping · common areas

03

Food and beverage

Service flow, kitchen ticket times, pre-service briefing, kitchen–dining room protocol and consistency across shifts.

Restaurant · bar · room service

04

Asset maintenance

From reactive to preventive: routines by area, fault logs, escalation criteria and priorities set by guest impact.

Facilities · infrastructure

05

Each hotel’s own front

The diagnosis defines the fifth: the natural surroundings and grounds in a lodge, or the coexistence of families, groups and events in a resort.

Defined in Phase 0

Cross-cutting · Management by indicators

Deciding on data, not perception

A monthly dashboard of quality, incidents, timings and reviews that runs across all five macro-processes and catches the drop before it reaches the guest.

How we work

It is done with the team, not to the team.

A manual nobody uses changes nothing. Each process is designed alongside the people who run it and embedded before moving to the next. The operation never stops.

  1. i

    In-depth diagnosis

    Before designing any solution.

  2. ii

    Participatory co-design

With the team that runs the processes.

  3. iii

    Independent phases

No commitment to the full program.

  4. iv

    Concrete deliverables

Real results at the close of every phase.

  5. v

    Formal reviews

    Progress is validated before continuing.

Calibration

The same method, two different standards.

The standard is calibrated to the hotel’s category: demanding where the guest notices, lean where they don’t. We have real proposals of both kinds.

Boutique luxury

High-precision consistency

For international collections, where an extraordinary experience on Monday and a disappointing one on Thursday don’t average out. A program of about fifteen months: a cross-cutting diagnosis and four quarterly sprints, each contracted separately.

Upper-midscale

Stabilize, standardize, sustain

For properties whose rate is already at the right level and whose guest score isn’t. An operational diagnosis and three years of engagement, starting where the score gap and the fastest return are concentrated.
